• The KPIs completion rate for Music education department was 110%, and the revenue exceeded 60 million yuan, accounting for 60% of the company's total revenue in 2020-2021.
• Assist the company's CRM course and operational management system with over 50 iterations.
• The online music learning system collectively trained more than 2,000 students.

• Utilized data analytics tools to observe and analyze daily box office data. Designed and executed digital questionnaires, employing data visualization software to create comprehensive user behavior analysis reports.
• Assist with the production of the original musicals "Late Night Canteen" and "Take My Brother", and proofread the script and score. Cooperate with the music director, using music software for music creation and adaptation.
• Supporting the project application and approval process of the introduction of the musical "Cats", "Rent", "Evita", etc. Using project management software and digital collaboration tools to streamline and optimize the workflow.

• Founded Music center from scratch; Facilitated the establishment of the Liuli Chamber Orchestra , integrating music and visual technology for enhanced audio experiences.
• Sponsor and Organized the opening concerts of the Shanghai City Art Fair for 3 consecutive sessions.
